Cabela's employee charged with stealing thousands in goods from local store

(KMOV) – An employee faces charges for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars worth of goods from the Cabela’s store in Hazelwood.

Christian Fisher-Lodike, 20, was charged March 20 with stealing over $500, a felony.

According to court documents, Fisher-Lodike was working at the Cabela’s in the 5500 block of St. Louis Mills Blvd. when he stole about $8,500 in merchandise between Nov. 1 , 2013 and Feb. 15.

Police say he was seen on surveillance video stealing two bows worth a combined $2,600.

Authorities say he later admitted to the thefts.

He was arrested and taken into custody on a $7,500 bond.
