(KMOV.com) -- New developments came Friday in a deadly hit and run case. Charges have been filed for two other people involved in the St. Clair County crash that claimed the life of 9-year-old Fabian Teson.
The person of interest 17-year-old Kevin Powell is now charged with reckless homicide, failure to report an accident involving death, obstruction of justice, driving without a valid driver's license, 2 counts of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
St. Clair County Judge Rice set Powell's bond at $100,000.
During the early morning hours, on Wednesday, July 17th, a 17-year-old passenger inside the suspect vehicle at the time of the traffic crash was identified and located.
Devin Harris, of Cahokia, Illinois is charged with 2 counts of obstruction of justice. Harris' bond is set at $20,000.
The vehicle involved in the hit and run was registed to Alysa Sherwood, 25, of Washington Park, Illinois.
Sherwood is charged with 2 counts of obstruction of justice, permitting an unauthorized person to drive, and renting a motor vehicle to an unauthorized driver. Sherwood's bond is set at $30,000.
