(KMOV) – A two-alarm fire heavily damaged the St. Clair Historical Museum Sunday night.
Crews responded to the museum in the 280 block of Hibbard St. around 9 p.m. and found smoke coming from the building.
The building was engulfed in flames and firefighters stayed on the scene for several hours to clean up the mess. The fire caused extensive damage and the roof appeared to cave in.
Officials say no one was inside when the fire broke out. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the blaze was unknown.
