(KMOV)--- At least one person suffered critical injuries after a chain-reaction collision involving a school bus in north St. Louis City Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called at 3:30 p.m. to the scene of a four-vehicle crash at Union and St. Louis Avenue. A school bus with at least five high school students traveling from Parkway School District was also involved.
According to Captain Dan Sutter with St. Louis Fire, a motorist in a separate vehicle suffered critical injuries. Two other adults were transported for treatment but the extent of their injuries was not known.
According to officials with the Parkway School District, the five students were transported for wellness checks. One student was reported to have a minor injury.
