(KMOV.com) – A company that News 4 Investigator Chris Nagus has gone after before, Vertrue, is at it again, cheating people out of hundreds of dollars. But now the attorney general in Iowa is taking action against the company.

Attorney General Tom Miller sued Vertrue, saying that 400,000 Iowans would be getting $40 million refunds from Vertrue. The population of Iowa is 3 million.

Verture then appealed the ruling to the Iowa Supreme Court, but lost out as Miller said his state was unwilling to settle.
