O’FALLON, Mo. (KMOV) – An O’Fallon, Missouri family is calling Toys R’ Us a modern day Scrooge.
They say months of warranty disputes led to any empty promise of a nice refund that they hoped to use for Christmas presents.
Fed up, the family called News 4’s Mike Colombo.
