(KMOV) – A man targeted in a News 4 Investigation into a massive tax fraud scheme was arrested and charged in Florida.
In May, Investigative Reporter Chris Nagus tried to confront Dwayne Johnson outside Johnson’s home in Tampa, Florida.
On Thursday, he joined his wife Tania Henderson, in pleading guilty to stealing millions in a scheme that involved hundreds of phony tax returns.
Henderson will spend 12 years behind bars. Johnson will learn his sentence in November.
Dwayne Johnson faces a minimum of two years in prison for charges of theft of government funds and aggravated identity theft.
