(KMOV) – Local victims of a debt collector continue to complain that the company uses tactics like harassing phone calls and threats of violence to get customers to pay up.
News 4 learned that the company has been banned from one state, but continues to operate in Missouri.
The California-based company is the same one that threatened violence against a Belleville woman after she didn’t pay for her daughter’s funeral.
