(KMOV) -- The St. Louis County Health Department is looking into complaints about a Wildwood nursing home.
The 30 residents living at the Whispering Oaks retirement center have been without running water since Friday and toilets have not been flushed in days.
The well that supplies water to the facility is frozen.
St. Louis County officials condemned the building Monday night.
Residents had to pack their belongings and move out.
Firefighters on the scene say the situation was “not sanitary to say the least.”
