Local healh centers offering health care enrollment fairs

(KMOV) – Grace Hill Community Health Centers will host a total of six enrollment fairs throughout the St. Louis region to help citizens enroll in a plan through the Affordable Care Act.

The fairs are provided by the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM) ‘Connecting Kids to Coverage’ program. During each fair, adults and their dependents will have the opportunity to sit down with trained health care enrollment experts. Participants will receive information and help with enrolling in a health care plan through the Missouri Health Insurance Marketplace.

All participants that plan to enroll in a health care plan must have the following: 

  • Social Security numbers
  • A birth certificate (if born outside of Missouri)
  • Immigration documents (if applicable)
  • Photo ID (if over the age of 19)
  • Paystubs from the last 30 days or proof of income (if applicable)
  • Most recent tax returns (if applicable)
  • Information about employer-provided health insurance (if applicable)

All six fairs are free to the public and will take place at various St. Louis Public Schools. The fairs are scheduled to take place on the following dates and times:

Wednesday, March 26

Mullanphy-Botanical Garden (4221 Shaw Blvd, 63110) - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Bevo-Long Middle (5028 Morganford Road, 63116, door 10) - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Clay Elementary (3820 North 14th Street, 63107) - 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Thursday, March 27

Clay Elementary (3820 North 14th Street, 63107) - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Friday, March 28

Walbridge Elementary (5019 Alcott Ave., 63120) - 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Sigel Elementary (2039 Russell Blvd., 63104) - 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
