POTOSI, Mo (KMOV.com)-- Emergency units were dispatched to 303 Mineral Street in Potosi, MO for a residential fire Wednesday just after 11 p.m.
When fire units arrived they discovered a white male, identified as 30-year-old Dwayn Ducharme, unresponsive in the basement of the house.
Ducharme was pronounced dead on the scene.
43-year-old Amy Huff of Potosi has been arrested and charged with first degree arson, drug trafficking, five counts of possession of a chemical with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Huff is being held in the Washington County Jail with a $250,000 cash-only bond.
