(KMOV.com) – Parents in St. Francois County are demanding answers after the superintendent reportedly sent a letter home.
The letter in question says there was inappropriate communication between a staff member and a high school student.
According to the reported letter, the school worker is on leave until the district finishes its investigation.
Calls to administrators were not returned Friday, so the content of the letter could not be confirmed.
Leadwood police have confirmed they are investigating reported inappropriate contact between a school employee and student, but could not release any other details.
