(KMOV) -- The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says the rising heat and extreme temperatures may impact the supply of coffee during the next few decades.

According to studies, the climate change could mean coffee growing countries won’t have cool mountainsides needed to grow coffee by 2050.

The study also predicts that by 2020, coffee production could decline by 34 percent.
