(KMOV.com) -- Police tell News 4 they recently cracked down on a meth house in an unlikely neighborhood.

The Illinois State’s Attorney’s Office is now working to take over the Edwardsville home, which is located in the 3300 block of Karros and worth about $455,000.

It was given to two sisters who are listed as beneficiaries.

Court documents say the two sisters and their boyfriends were arrested in December after police found 17 grams of crystal meth along with bags of money allegedly made from selling the drugs.

A continuance was granted during a hearing on the case Thursday.
