(KMOV) -- St. Clair County Board members are considering testing all county waters where people fish after a state report showed polluted water has crippled wildlife in 13 streams and lakes in St. Clair County.

The tests will show if locally caught fish are safe to eat and St. Clair County officials are still researching how much it would cost to test the contaminated waters.

No final cost has been released.
