Investigators report the group were walking near the intersection of Locust and 19th around 10:30 p.m. when passengers in a four-door sedan confronted the group.

One of the passengers in the sedan reportedly asked, "Where you from?" According to police, a passenger in the sedan then opened fire on the group.

A 16-year-old male victim was struck in both his legs, and was transported to a local hospital. He is reported in serious, but stable condition.
