ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Police captured a a suspect who they say robbed a bank after a brief pursuit Wednesday. According to police, an 18-year-old back male was taken into custoday just after 5 p.m.
Authorities said the U.S. Bank in the 5300 block of Southwest Avenue was robbed, and the suspect fled on foot down Hampton Avenue.
When police caught up to the suspect, he was in a YMCA parking lot. When he spotted authorities, he ran to the St. Louis Charter School next door.
