ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Officials are investigating a "suspicious" fire at a vacant house in north St. Louis on Friday night.

Firefighters were called North Kingshighway and Enright Avenue around 8 p.m., just two hours after another fire destroyed a vacant house near Fairground Park.

Part of the building collapsed while fire crews worked to douse the flames.

The blaze marks at least 14 suspicious fires in north St. Louis within the last week.

No cause of the fire has yet been determined.
