(KMOV) -- St. Louis County Bomb and Arson officials are investigating a house fire after they say a man drove his car through his home, hit a gas meter and caused the house to go up in flames.

The crash and fire happened in the 300 block of Greycliff Bluff Drive in Oakville Saturday.

Police said the home is destroyed and the man was not seriously injured.

The investigation into the crash is on-going.
