(KMOV.com) -- A former cop who’s already been convicted of official misconduct is now pleading guilty to federal charges.

Harry Halter, known as Dink, was been convicted after pulling over a woman and convincing her to perform oral sex to avoid arrest. Evidence also showed he had been drinking.

Now, he’s accused of tax evasion and misusing tax dollars to pay his own credit card bills.

Reportedly, he received nearly $25,000 in TIF money to build a fence around his tow lot.

But as it turns out, he redirected nearly $20,000 to pay his credit cards and boating expenses at a marina.

Halter pleaded guilty to wire fraud and tax evasion.

According to federal agents, many of his business transactions were in cash and he concealed his true income from the IRS, allowing him to avoid paying at least $128,000 in federal taxes. He will be sentenced in January.
