Armed suspects rob Conoco station; may be linked to other robberies

 (KMOV) – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two suspects who robbed a St. Louis gas station Saturday night.

Around 5 p.m. police say two armed suspects entered the Conoco gas station on the 3100 block of Kingshighway and demanded goods from the clerk.

The suspects stole cash, iPod, and various other items from the clerk before fleeing.

Police have described the suspects as being two black males, 18-25 in age and about 6 feet in height. One suspect is reportedly tall with a thin build, wearing a red short-sleeve shirt, black pants and black tennis shoes. He was armed with a small black gun.

The other suspect was seen wearing a dark colored jacket with a light blue attached hoodie with blue striped across the shoulder, grey pants and black tennis shoes.

The clerk was not injured in the robbery.

Police believe the suspects could also be responsible for similar business robberies which occurred in the 1st and 3rd police districts.
