CRESTWOOD, Missouri (KMOV) – Authorities have now issued arrest warrants for three suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a Kohl’s in Crestwood earlier this month.
Police said a warrant was issued for Markele Prince, 17, on Thursday on charges of armed robbery and armed criminal actions. Authorities said a third suspect is also in custody on the same charges. Police said his identity would not be released until he has been formally charged.
Warrants are still pending for the first suspect, a 17-year-old man who was arrested May 21in connection to the incident.
According to police, a 32-year-old female customer was approached by two suspects in a green Chevrolet Impala outside a Kohl’s store on May 12. Police said one suspect displayed a handgun and demanded the victim’s purse.
The victim handed over the purse and said the suspects left the area traveling west on Watson Rd.
Police said they believe they have all suspects responsible.
