(KMOV) – Two Illinois women have been charged with stealing a customer’s credit card and withdrawing money from the victim's account in a strip club, on the 2100 block of North Kingshighway.
Tanya L. Bagwell, 34, of Belleville, and Samantha L. Metz, 24, of Wood River were employed as exotic dancers at C-Mowes according to police.
Police say Bagwell got the customer’s pin number and credit card when the man became drunk. The suspects then withdrew $500 from the account before the man reported the card stolen to police.
Bagwell and Metz have been charged with one count of theft over $500 and bond was set at $50,000 each.
