(KMOV) – Two south St. Louis residents were charged following a series of robberies across the 3rd District on Monday.

Lyling Ou, 29, of Chippewa, was charged Wednesday with attempt stealing over $500 by the Circuit Attorney’s Office.

Khaek Sisavath, 32, of Gasconade, was charged with three counts of first-degree assault, two counts of first-degree robbery, and five counts of armed criminal action.

According to authorities, three victims were reportedly robbed and/or shot in a crime spree across the 3rd District in south St. Louis on Monday.

The first incident, a shooting, reportedly occurred in the 3700 block of Nebraska at 8:19 p.m. Nearly an hour later a second shooting occurred in the 3900 block of Fairview police said.  The last reported crime, a robbery, occurred in the 4800 block of Oleatha at 9:25 p.m.

Police were able to track down both suspects after surveillance images captured Ou allegedly using the stolen debit card of one of the victims.

Bond for Ou was set at $10,000.

Sisavath is being held on $200,000 cash-only bond.
