ST. PETERS, Mo. (KMOV) – A reward is being offered for information on a suspects who robbed a bank inside a St. Peters grocery store Wednesday afternoon.
It happened inside the Schnucks in the 570 block of Mid Rivers Mall around 3:30 p.m.
Authorities said the suspect did not display a weapon when he passed a note to the teller demanding money. Officials said the note implied he had a gun.
The man was an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the store on foot.
No injuries were reported.
The suuspect was described as a black male wearing a blue baseball hat, a dark colored t-shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on his identity is asked to call Crimestoppers at 866-371-TIPS. A $1,000 reward will be offered for information leading to an arrest.
