SOUTH ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Police arrested a 20-year-old man after he allegedly shot another man at a house party early Saturday morning.
Police say the victim confronted the suspect about a stolen cell phone at a party in the 3000 block of Magnolia. The suspect then allegedly pulled a gun on the victim and shot him in the arm.
The two men struggled for the gun, according to police, causing it to fire. The gunshot grazed the suspect's head, and he fled the scene.
The victim was taken to a hospital, and is listed in stable condition.
Police later learned the suspect was being treated at another hospital, and took him into custody.
