INCIDENT: Shooting

LOCATION: 5900 block of Dr. Martin Luther King

DATE/TIME: 2/9/10 @ 2:50 a.m.

VICTIM: 29-year-old black male

SUSPECT: black male in a black 4-door car, possibly a Pontiac Bonneville

The victim stated he was at the bus stop when the vehicle drove past him. The suspect

began shooting at the victim, striking him in the legs. He was taken to an area hospital

and listed in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
