Shot allegedly fired during downtown St. Louis carjacking

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A woman survived a violent carjacking in downtown St. Louis and police are looking for suspects.

Investigators said the incident occurred late Sunday night near the intersection of Olive and North 16th Street.

The woman said a man pulled a gun and demanded for her to get out of the car. When she refused to get out of her car, police a second gunman came and shot into the car. The woman said when she jumped out, the two men took off.

The victim was not hurt.
