Armed and dangerous suspect at-large following St. Louis bank robbery

(KMOV) – The St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has issued an at-large warrant for first-degree robbery for a man accused of robbing a bank in St. Louis on August 16.

The robbery occurred at US Bank in the 2885 block of Netherton Road, in unincorporated North County on Friday, August 16, 2013.

St. Louis County police have identified the suspect as Taryton J. Lane, 28.

According to authorities, Lane entered the US Bank and passed a note to the teller which implied he possessed a weapon and demanded money.

After taking an undetermined amount of money, police say Lane left the scene on foot.

Authorities are currently searching for Lane.  They believe he may be in the possession of a weapon and should be considered armed and dangerous.
