PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV) – Authorities are searching for a 21-year-old Pulaski County man wanted for allegedly assaulted a St. Robert police officer on Wednesday.

According to deputies, the officer was attempting to arrest Thomas Gan for shoplifting at the Dollar General Store in St. Robert.

That’s when Gan assaulted the officer and fled the scene.

Authorities said Gan currently has three active felony warrants and five active misdemeanor warrants from Pulaski County. He also faces possible charges for the alleged assault.

Gan is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is bout 5-foot-10 and approximately 150 pounds. He was last seen driving a Red 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier with Missouri license plate KJON6L.
