ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has issued warrants on a Boone Terre man for three different felonies and one misdemeanor.
Robert K. Theiss, 41, was charged with one count of felony attempted stealing, one count of felony property damage, one count of felony resisting/interfering with arrest and one count of misdemeanor assault of a law enforcement officer.
Bond has been set at $35,000.
Officials say officers responded to the scene of a robbery on September 15 saw Theiss taking items from a shed and putting them in a car that was later found to be stolen.
Theiss fled the scene at a high rate of speed after seeing the officers and drove the vehicle into the side of a St. Louis County Police car at the intersection of Fine Road and Becker Road.
He then led officers on a pursuit down Telegraph into Jefferson County. He was later taken into custody.
