St. Louis police seek public's help in Circle K armed robbery

(KMOV) – The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect believed to be involved in a convenience store robbery in south St. Louis Monday morning.

According to police, a masked suspect entered the Circle K located in the 3200 block of Jamieson in south St. Louis on Monday.

The suspect, who was wielding a knife, reportedly approached the store clerk and demanded money from the cash register.

The victim was then told to lie on the floor as the suspect fled the building with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20’s, between 5’10 and 6’ feet tall, and around 150 to 170 pounds.  The suspect was wearing dark cargo shorts, a dark blue letterman’s jacket, black shoes and a white mesh bag over his face.

The investigation is ongoing.
