(KMOV.com) – A second suspect has been arrested in the killing of a St. Louis teen in Cahokia last week.

Police say 17-year-old Allen Templeton was shot and killed at the Pheasant Hill Mobile Home Park, located at 86 Circle Creek Drive, shortly before 7 p.m. on Monday December 30.

On January 4, 23-year-old Henry L. Davis, of St. Louis, was been charged with first degree murder in connection with the killing.

The major case squad said Davis and several others went to Cahokia to kill Templeton, who was shot in the head execution style, because Davis felt Templeton had wronged him in a drug related incident.

Monday, police arrested 23-year-old St. Louis resident Nikkei Turner in connection with the killing.

Turner is charged with first degree murder and unlawful restraint, and has a bond set at $3 million.

Officials say Templeton’s death was Cahokia’s only homicide in 2013.
