ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Police have arrested a suspect who allegedly shot and killed a man in a north St. Louis bar in early November.
Ivan Mitchell, 28, was charged Thursday with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
According to police, Mitchell shot 33-year-old Cameron Smith in the chest at Renee’s Bar and Grill in the 5800 block of Delmar on Nov. 10 around 12:30 p.m.
Smith was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
Police said Mitchell fled through the front door of the restaurant.
He was later apprehended.
