SOUTH ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Police say a man handcuffed a woman and then raped her.
St. Louis Police say 31-year-old Michael Smith forced a woman inside his truck on South Broadway, then kidnapped her, and proceeded to handcuff and rape the woman.
According to police, the incident occurred in November. Police have told News 4 that Smith has no prior criminal record.
