(KMOV.com) – A man video records under the skirt of not one, but two women in a popular chain store, according to police.

Police said the man confessed to secretly recording video at the Target store on Kirkwood Road. The suspect was in custody originally in June but was released while prosecutors looked at evidence.

Giovanni Russo, 29, has since been charged and turned himself into the Kirkwood Jail. Russo is facing a felony charge of invading the privacy of two women.

One of the women caught Russo and confronted him. But Russo left the store.

Investigators said the two victims are 23 and 39-year-old. No other victims have come forward.

Based on his unique shoes, investigators were able to track Russo down and question him. Russo was transferred to the St. Louis County Jail Thursday morning and is being held on a $5,000 bond.
