Police: Man broke into same Tower Grove home twice in 8 days

(KMOV) – A man accused of burglarizing a home two times over an eight-day period has been charged.

Ryan Henry Hudson, 20, was charged Monday with four counts of first-degree robbery, four counts of kidnapping, two counts of first-degree burglary and eight counts of armed criminal action.

According to court documents, Hudson and another man broke were wearing ski masks and armed with shotguns when they broke into a home in the 3800 block of Utah on Jan. 5 and demanded money from a safe.

Authorities said two women inside the home owned Attitudes bar in the Grove area. Police said an employee had recently brought $5,000 from the victims' business to the home.

Police said Hudson and another man then put a gun to the victim’s head and demanded he put the money in a bag. The suspects then fled the scene.

The victims told authorities Hudson and the same man returned to the house on Jan. 13. They grabbed about $4,000 in cash, jewelry, keys to the victim’s business and an iPhone.

Authorities said before fleeing the scene, the suspects forced women into the basement of the home. One of them then hit a woman in the face, according to authorities.
