BELLEVILLE, Ill. (KMOV.com) – Police say a teenager charged with one burglary in Belleville may be responsible for several other robberies over the past few months.

Contez Graham, 17,  is accused of burglarizing a Belleville cigarette shop in November. Even though Graham has only been charged for the incident at the cigarette shop, police think he may be behind several armed robberies that occurred in the east end of Belleville in January.

Police say Graham may be responsible for an armed robbery at a Dollar General store in Belleville on Jan. 18. The suspect in that robbery fired a gunshot inside the building before escaping with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police are still investigating the other robberies.
