Authorities raid man's home,
(KMOV) -- A St. Louis man faces child pornography charges after authorities raided his home, and found 66 videos containing suspected child pornography.
Justin Allen, 34, has been arrested and charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.
“He's my neighbor. He lives across the street and we've said hello before. And I don't really know much about him,” said a neighbor who doesn’t want to be identified.
The charges come after a three-year investigation. Investigators conducted a covert internet operation and then executed a search warrant on Allen’s home on Utah St. where they seized a laptop containing a total of 25 videos containing suspected child pornography and a SD card that contained a total of 41 videos containing suspected child pornography.
Approximately 11 of the video files seized had victims that have been previously identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Authorities say Allen has admitted to viewing and downloading child pornography.
“It's a serious, sad, and sick illness that I think people have,” added his neighbor.
News 4 spoke with a representative from the local FBI office who could neither confirm nor deny their involvement in this case.
