Police: Second suspect in Collinsville armed robbery to be identified

COLLINSVILLE (KMOV.com) – Collinsville police are asking for help in finding a man who allegedly robbed a woman at gunpoint and stole her car.

The incident took place on the 700 block of Illinois Avenue on August 2 around 6:15 a.m. The victim said she saw two black males walking in the area when one of them approached her at gunpoint. The man demanded her keys, money and cellphone.

According to police, the suspect fled the scene in her car and stopped to pick up the second suspect. The woman was not hurt.

One of the suspects has been identified as Johnny M. Glover, 20, of Madison, Illinois. Glover has been charged with armed robbery, aggravated vehicular hijacking, and other offenses relating to motor vehicles.
