(KMOV) – Police discover a meth lab operating out of a rental home in Eureka.
Sean O’Callaghan, Jarrod Erb and Jesse Taylor were each charged for their involvement.
Detectives say O’Callaghan was the renter and he purchased the meth-making materials at a local store.
When police arrived at the home on Shaw Drive, they could smell the chemicals coming from the house.
"We had a vehicle pull up to the street, I'm sorry, the driveway. We stopped and spoke with them. And while standing there, you can actually smell the and hydrous ammonia and all the chemicals involved in the methamphetamine just emoting from the house,” said Detective Bill Knottel with Eureka Police Department
The meth lab was operating out of an old refrigerator in the rental home’s garage. A family member of one of the suspects alerted authorities to the drug activity.
