(KMOV) – A man is finally sentenced to life in prison without parole for killing his brother in 2010.

In July 2010, Calvin Taylor, 38, was charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action against his forty-eight year old brother, Paul Taylor.

Paul Taylor, a postal worker then, had not shown up to work for two days which led police to search for him. Police found him shot dead inside of his home which he shared with Calvin Taylor.

In March of this year, a St. Louis County jury found Calvin Taylor guilty of the charges above. Taylor admitted to hogtying his brother at gunpoint and shooting him twice. Taylor testified that Satan’s demons made him shoot.

He fled after the shooting and was later found in police custody in Mississippi for a disturbing the peace charge.
