(KMOV) – Two men have been charged after a man was found dead in north St. Louis County.
James B. Wilson, 19 , and Jamon E. Spurlock, 18, have been charged with one count of Murder in the Second Degree, one count of Robbery in the First Degree and two counts of Armed Criminal Action.
Officers responded to an apartment complex located at 9050 Torchlamp Tuesday afternoon just before 3:30 p.m. to conduct a homicide investigation. Bryson M. Kelly, 23, was found dead in the apartment by the homeowner. Kelly was shot in the head. Kelly had been staying at the apartment for a few days.
The investigation revealed that Kelly knew Wilson and Spurlock prior to the incident. The motive for the homicide appears to be robbery.
Wilson and Spurlock are each being held on a $500,000 bond.
