(KMOV)-- A man charged in connection with the death of Valerie Butler is out of jail.
The judge allowed Paul Tripp, 27, to post 10% of his $50,000 bond. He paid $5,000 and was released Wednesday afternoon.
Tripp was charged with Abandonment of a Corpse. His next court appearance is set for next Tuesday morning.
Butler’s body was discovered March 3 near Prouhet Farm Road and Ferguson Lane in Bridgeton, Mo.
