(KMOV) – A 19-year-old man is charged with theft after removing three air conditioning units from an apartment building in Belleville on Thursday.

 
Joseph R. Gerling removed the air conditioning units from an apartment building located in the 2100 block of Scheel Street.
 
Bail has been set at $15,000.
