(KMOV) – Wildwood police pulled a man over for driving while intoxicated only to learn it was not the first time he had been caught.
Roy Garozzo has been stopped at least six times in the last 26 years for allegedly driving drunk. Arrest and court records show Garozzo has been punished with everything from fines to losing his license to even jail time.
It’s frustrating for police dealing with offenders like Garozzo, who will once again face a judge for a drinking and driving charge.
News 4’s Matt Sczesny talked with victims and their families of drunken driving accidents. He asksed how they feel about people like Garozzo who persistently test the law.
