Man accused of sending threatening emails to LGBT publication

(KMOV.com) – A man is facing charges after he allegedly emailed death threats to several gay and lesbian organizations.

Forty-year-old Darryl Jackson is facing felony harassment charges. He allegedly sent an email threatening to exterminate homosexuals to Vital Voice, an LGBT publication.

Police said they traced the messages to a computer at St. Louis Community College’s Forest Park Campus.

Jackson has previous convictions for harassment and was put on probation both times.

Police believe Jackson was using a computer at the Forest Park campus of St. Louis Community College to send the threatening emails.
