ST. JOHN, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A 59-year-old St. John man is facing multiple invasion of privacy charges after he allegedly video recorded a woman who lived at his home.
Police say Mark Barnstead is facing five misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy. Police were alerted to the crimes after the victim found naked videos of herself on a computer in the home.
It is not clear what the relationship is between the suspect and the victim.
Barnstead was taken into custody when police executed a search warrant at the home. He was being held at the St. Louis County Jail, but was released on Thursday after paying his $20,000 bail.
