(KMOV) – A Ballwin man who worked as a nurse’s aide faces charges after he allegedly raped multiple clients he provided hospice care for last year.

Walter Martinez, 44, was charged Tuesday with two counts of deviate sexual assault, one count of forcible rape and one count of forcible sodomy.

According to court documents, Martinez was working at Odyssey Hospice between May 22, 2012 and June 1, 2012 when the alleged offenses occurred. Police said part of Martinez’s duties was to bathe the victims.

Martinez remains in custody on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
