(KMOV) -- The owner of a local cab company has been charged with damaging the car of a competing company.
Ralph "Charlie" Bullington, 45, of Pacific was charged with one count of first degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
The incident occurred on May 9 at a Mercy Hospital Washington parking lot.
Police responded to a call from a witness who said he saw a man in a Yo Taxi hit the windshield of a Millennium Courier Medical Transportation car twice with a hammer.
According to a police report, Bullington admitted to the act and said he had filed complaints about Millennium Courier Medical Transportation because he claimed they were operating an illegal taxi service, costing his company revenue.
